Company Milestones
THG was established in 1976, specialising in planning and surveying. Known as ‘The Heilbronn Group’, the company was based in Samford before opening offices in Brisbane and the Gold Coast in 1988.
In 2002, the company underwent a re-brand, launching as THG Resource Strategists, with the goal of providing strategies to maximise the impact and return of our client’s assets, through aesthetic and environmental urban design, efficient and effective planning and commercial sustainability.
The last 30 years have seen the industry recognise THG’s work, with the company winning the Australian Spatial Business Association Award, the UDIA National Excellence Award, UDIA Award for Consultant’s Excellence (twice) and the UDIA Environmental Award for Excellence in Design and Planning. THG was also rated as #1 Surveying and Town Planning Consultancy by Business Queensland from 1990 – 1998.
Today, THG is still adding to their suite of products to ensure they anticipate the needs of their clients and the requirements of industry. The newest addition is Urban and Social Economics, complimenting the existing services of Urban Design, Environment, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Surveying and Property Resourcing.
