Culture & Work Environment

With all the time you spend in the office, it’s important to enjoy what you do and the environment you work in. We want the best people working with us, so it’s vital we offer a great work environment. We focus on:

Continual Career Development

At THG, we’ve got trained Landscape Architects whose careers have taken them down the Urban Design path and trained surveyors who prefer working with the big picture of project management. At THG, you’re not pigeonholed by your background – we want to build on that base to help you bring your career ambitions to life. Professional development is not only supported, it’s encouraged. Our team are studying, networking and continually learning which results in high job satisfaction.

Diverse Project  Experience

There’s no production lines at THG – every team member has to think about the big picture. Forming relationships with clients, understanding all elements of the development process and building a strong knowledge of a diverse range of projects means our team learns something new every day.

Creating a Close-knit Team

We’re all on a first-name basis at THG. Working in a small, close-knit environment means it’s easy to knock on the door of a Company Director to get their advice or just to say hello. Sitting down to have a chat with your workmates about a project is actively encouraged. There’s also plenty of opportunities to socialise.
