Harbour Quays

Representing one of the Gold Coast largest single urban development projects to be completed in one stage, Harbour Quays is the latest development by Lewis Land Group of Companies. Harbour Quays is perhaps one of the last canal developments to be completed on the Gold Coast.

THG has provided a vast range of services to Lewis Land Group, including Tenure Management, Project Surveying, Master Planning and Development Planning works. Managing all facets of survey works on the project, THG has made the most of GPS satellite technology to ensure control delivery of critical information to a myriad of consultants, contractors, Council and of course our Client.

THG’s role in the project also includes the critical aspects of survey plan delivery to our Client with all works focused on achieving our client’s goals in terms of budget, timing and quality.
