THG Marketing and Design (MaD)  encompasses marketing, graphic design, psychology and project management to develop strategic and results driven marketing plans.  Using an ethnographic approach, THG MaD  identifies what really matters to the end user and designs strategies based on this.  Applying design thinking to all aspects of marketing allows for an even balance between the aesthetic and the commercial.

In being around the people who have developed the vision and concept for a project, THG MaD understands this vision. Instead of taking the concept to another marketing and design team and trying to play Chinese whispers, we’re getting the story first hand. This minimises the switching costs for you – if we have already developed a concept and a vision for a project, we don’t have to then take that vision to another client and try to articulate it.

eco-librium Master Planned Development

Situated in the Caboolture district of the idyllic Moreton Bay region north of Brisbane, eco-librium Narangba is a 606-lot integrated urban development that aims to strike a balance between the needs of the community and nature.

The Caboolture Local Government Area (LGA) continues to be one of the fastest growing LGAs in Queensland. The proximity to Brisbane and other regional centres, coupled with the region’s diversity, relaxed lifestyle, superb climate and affordable cost of living is attracting significant numbers of new residents. In 2006, 134,820 people lived in the Caboolture LGA; by 2016, it is estimated the population will grow over 30% to more than 174,000 residents (Department of Infrastructure and Planning, 2007).

Eco-librium has ensured that while the highest quality ecological features of the site have been retained in the Urban Ecological Corridor (UEC), opportunities for residential housing for various levels of the market has been provided. 

Communicating a Vision - working with local councils
